Innovation Place.

Design for a Sydney skyline.

Innovation Place is a commercial building overlooking Sydney Harbour, completed in 2007. It's one of the most technologically advanced buildings in Sydney as well as the most environmentally-friendly.

The highlight of the project was producing and art directing a $40,000 DVD movie. It features a helicopter shoot over Sydney Harbour as well as a virtual tour of Innovation Place. The one-of-a-kind virtual tour involves the property agents, digitally added to a polished 3d rendering of the building, walking the viewer through the interior and exterior of the building as they discuss its features.

The project also includes a flash-based site with a webcam tracking the progress of construction and a range of printed materials.
